The Thang That Surely Happened: Mosey to field
I located some cones and divided the field into 3 sections/lengths.
Assigned the following exercises:
Spades: drop and do burpees
Clubs: bear crawl to first cone, Squats
Diamonds: tin soldier walk to second cone, diamond merkins
Hearts: fast mosey to third cone, BBSU
reps are completed base on the number on the card as follows: Ace=1, 2=2….Jack= 10,, Queen=10, etc
DOD was performed until 7:29
Circle of Trust: Prayed again for the Hardee’s and for FedEx
Scripture was shared and discussed
We came to the conclusion that the word was saying to listen to God
