The boys at the NUTHOUSE jabbed YHC to Q my neighboring AO! So with much pleasure, I wanted to support our man Barney by getting this studly group into shape for the City of Conway’s Special Olympics 5K on Saturday!
The air was thick, 80 Degrees, Goldberg poked the bear!
YHC got in a solo prerun/recon jog before the pain began!

It’s great to serve alongside a team of leaders who understand there are many parts of a good team. It takes all of us and without a desire to serve the team, we have selfish ambitions which lead to failure.
