Mosey back to parking lot and grab a coupon. Divide into two teams facing each other 20 yards apart, leave your coupon and run to other team and bring their coupon back trying to collect all coupons on your side. Both teams trying for the same thing! Repeat for 5 total trips.
With your coupon, perform curls with a set of 21’s. Curl half way up for 7, Curl halfway up all the way up for 7, Full extension for 7.
With coupon, 15 overhead press, 15 Good mornings, 15 bent over rows. Now return your coupon but take the long way back to the coupon pile!
