One round of Curls and alternating tricep extensions 10 on each KB-dumbbells and Amrap pull-ups..
The next round was bent over rows and military press with 5 man makers as the timer and of course Amrap pull-ups..
Then the dreaded legs rotating between squats and lunges with man makers still as the timer..
One last 2 min swing will get us to time.
