The 72 degree temperature felt great this morning as 8 PAX overcame each exercise set before us. Since I recently saw the Overcomer movie, that involved a young lady competing in several running contests, I was motivated to include some running competitions this morning.

Its the Monday after Dorian, and I know the PAX have been out of work, laid up on the couch watching Jim Cantore wade in the surf, and eating cookies! The boys at the NUTHOUSE jabbed YHC to Q my neighboring AO! So with much pleasure, I wanted to support our man Barney by getting this studly group into shape for the City of Conway’s Special Olympics 5K on Saturday!
The air was thick, 80 Degrees, Goldberg poked the bear!
YHC got in a solo prerun/recon jog before the pain began!
