Did a round of Red Barchetta with 100 SSH's, 75 mountain climbers, 50 LBC's and 25 merkins
Reversed it and worked our way back up with 25 merkins, 50 LBC's, 75 mountain climbers and 100 SSH's
Took a mosey to the ball fields and did 25 dips and a round of Lazy Dora which consisted of
100 merkins - 10 at a time while partner held plank
200 LBC's - 20 at a time while partner held 6" leg raise
300 squats - 30 at a time while partner held Al Gore
Wrapped up with a quick round of Mary at the AO
Circle of Trust: Finished up with a word about being leaders at home first and foremost. Lots of unspoken prayer requests.
